Kevin was especially helpful and welcoming, and all the staff were warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. Everything felt tidy and cozy, which made it easy to relax. My stay was short but really nice and satisfying. I'd happily stay here again.

We keep choosing California Hotel year after year, even though there are hundreds of places to stay, because the care here feels so personal. Kevin is a big part of that. His service is always genuine and heartfelt, and from the moment we arrive he makes us feel like family. Anthony from management also deserves a special thank you. His warm, careful service and attention to detail made this stay even more enjoyable, and his care didn't go unnoticed. The management team has created a welcoming, well-run place. The whole team goes out of their way to make our family holidays special and memorable. We’ll keep recommending California Hotel to our friends and family back in Australia, and we're already looking forward to next year. Thanks to Kevin, Anthony, and the entire team. Highly recommended.

This was my first time here, for five nights, though my husband has stayed at this hotel several times when travelling here. Kevin really impressed me. He was polite, attentive, helpful, and always smiling when he met guests. He also took the initiative to help. We had a great time during our stay and will come back. Thank you.

The service was five-star, especially from Kevin. He was friendly and reliable, helping me book Grab and tours, and with laundry and luggage. Cường was also nice and helpful at night, though I didn't need much then. The room is spacious and a little old, but I was out all the time, so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was convenient and good, though more authentic Vietnamese options would make it better. There’s a massage room on the 12th floor, too. Lisa really knows what she’s doing, with strong hands for such a small lady. A 60-minute massage was perfect at the end of a long travel day. For me, Kevin and Lisa were the best.

We really enjoyed the hotel's service, and Kevin made the experience even more special. He was always ready to help, and you could tell he loves his job and spending time with guests. We were lucky to end our long journey here and feel that our being there was appreciated 🙂↔️
