Aizen Stay - District 1

The daily housekeeping was excellent, and our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Giang, our favorite receptionist, made the stay so enjoyable with his recommendations for shopping and food. Superb experience, 100% recommended. Shout out to my bro Giang 👍🏻

The staff at Aizen Hotel were friendly and attentive from the start. They promptly helped with our bags and showed us to the room. The bed was fairly firm but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. We did have several issues. Sound carries easily from the hallway, and loud neighbors coming back late woke us on multiple nights. A couple of towels didn't seem fully clean, and the clean AC filter indicator was on during our stay. The room could also be more practical, with just two clothes hangers and one towel hook, and the bathroom amenities didn't include conditioner. The service was great and the bed was comfortable, but better cleanliness, sound insulation, and room amenities would have made the stay much better.

We stayed for a week in a room at the back, and it was very quiet. The hotel is new, simple, clean, and good value if you’re not after anything fancy. I’d happily recommend it and hope they keep the place in good shape so we can return to SaiGon. Everything is close enough to walk to if you don’t mind walking, and Grab is only a few taps away. Our sheets and towels were fresh, and the AC was putting out cold, clean air. We had no sewage smell in the room. Quang at the front desk said they’re able to deal with the city odor, and that matched our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quang answered our questions, suggested places for good food at reasonable prices and entertainment, and carried our heavy luggage up with a smile. He also spoke good English.

On our last night, we needed to heat up some food, and Giang, who was working the night shift, offered to use a microwave for us straight away. He also suggested somewhere to get supper and stayed chatting with us even though it was late. He made the evening feel special with his friendly, lovable personality. Aizen is beautiful, clean, and convenient, and it matched what we saw online. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Giang!
