The drinks in the fridge were never replenished, and I was charged 20000 for a can of cola even though the price listed was 10000. Room cleaning didn’t happen either. After I complained the following day, someone made the bed, but left no towels, not even the old ones. Horrible service.

The service was terrible. There were ants all over the bed, the old TV couldn’t even be used, and the towels smelled awful and were disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I only stayed three hours. The room smelled, and it had no window or bathroom fan. I asked to switch to a room with a window, but was told none of the rooms had one, so I checked out. They still charged me for a full day. I’d never recommend this place.

There was no daily room cleaning, and the staff were always asleep when I needed to leave my key at 7 am before work. When I tried to pay by Visa, they said a machine error meant the payment couldn’t go through, so I paid cash. At the airport I found that money had also been taken from my card. I contacted the hotel to reverse it, but they said the owner was away, put it off until today or tomorrow, and then disappeared completely. Terrible service.

The service was okay, but staying here wasn’t convenient. The rooms didn’t feel nice and were stuffy.
