I paid in full through the app, but when I arrived they told me there were no rooms and treated me rudely. Other guests seemed to find rooms available, yet people booking through the app were also told there was nothing free. They still asked me for more money despite my payment. The issue was never sorted out, and they blamed the app. The owner swears at guests and shows them no respect. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
