The bed was just right, not too soft or too firm, and the hotel felt calm inside despite the lively neighborhood outside. Staying at Cap Town Hotel during Lunar New Year was lovely. Markets and lots of restaurants are just around the corner, so it's easy to walk everywhere. I also liked that the entrance isn't directly in the harsh sun. The inside reminded me a little of New York, busy and energetic outdoors but cozy and peaceful once you step in. The staff were especially warm during the holiday. Each morning they explained the breakfast choices, and they happily brought us extra yogurt and fruit when we asked. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

The Wi-Fi was fast, breakfast had a good range of options, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I also appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly staff responded whenever I asked for something. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The location made getting around easy, with shops, restaurants, and popular attractions nearby. I had a great stay and thought the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I'd recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, comfortable stay, and I'd be happy to return.

I've stayed here three separate times during my time in HCMC and will keep coming back. It's a great hotel in a great location, but the staff are the best part. The front desk ladies Kim, Mia and Anna are sweet and very helpful, and Tin and Minh Cuong are welcoming porters. It's a bonus that they all speak English. Thanks!

Whenever I come to Ho Chi Minh, I've been staying at Cap Town Hotel over the past few months. I'm very happy with the service. Kim, Mia and Anna at reception are friendly and helpful, and Mr Kia, who takes care of breakfast, is approachable and helpful too. I'd gladly recommend the hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. We had a deluxe room with a comfortable bed, good size, and it was clean and calm. Good value for the price. Breakfast was good too, though there's a bit of room for improvement.
