The location was convenient for nearby markets and attractions, and the polite, helpful staff made the stay more comfortable. Still, the bathroom water flow was quite slow, the internet could be faster, and breakfast had very few vegetarian choices, which could be a concern for Indian guests. A decent stay mainly thanks to the location and courteous staff, though those areas need attention.

Avoid this plumbing nightmare. We booked a deluxe room with a bathtub through Goibibo, starting the day before we arrived. We were traveling with our 4-year-old and didn’t want to wait in the lobby after reaching around 8am. Instead, they put us in what I think they called a junior room, not the deluxe we booked. It was tiny, and the AC wasn’t working. The curtains were open when we got in, and the room was already like an oven. Those 2-3 hours were among the most miserable we’ve had in any hotel. Then there was the flush: barely any water came through, and after flushing it took about 5 minutes to refill. We managed through the first day and asked for a manager. Reception then moved us to the correct deluxe room, which matched the GoIbibo booking, but its flush was just as bad. When I raised it, they smiled and said the plumbing was weak and they couldn’t do anything.

We booked 2 nights but had to check out at 11 pm. The staff kindly offered packed food and arranged a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was good, and with fewer people around it was enjoyable. The hotel felt serene and peaceful, with clear, specific guidelines, and seemed very safe. Our room and bed sheets were tidy and clean, with no smell; the washroom was neat and odor-free. We were first upgraded to a Junior with City View room, but after arriving we realized we didn’t want a city view and asked for a park view. They gave us a garden view room, though the rooms didn’t look like the photos on MMT, Agoda, and other booking sites. It didn’t feel like a Junior Suite. The hotel is near tourist attractions and Ben Thanh Market, about 400 m or a 5-minute walk. Independence Palace is also a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. They provided 2 bottles of 350 ml water, 2 premixed coffee sachets, and tea bags, but no black coffee, shaving kit, or moisturizer. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were decent, but service was poor. Nobody came up for room service or other requests, and we were told to come downstairs. The reception staff also had poor manners. The pool and gym were not maintained at all.
