Cicilia Saigon Center

We've stayed one night so far, and breakfast was very nice. It felt personal rather than like an impersonal buffet. Thuong and Thao were busy but efficient, and took care to tailor our food. When I wanted only half of something, they made that specially and brought it to my table. My special thanks to both of them.

The staff were consistently pleasant and apologetic when our room wasn't ready, and they genuinely tried to make things right. We arrived about 30 minutes after the official check-in time, then had to wait another 30 minutes. Once we got in, our room was clean and spacious, though others in our group who booked the same type were given noticeably smaller rooms. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good range of vegetarian and vegan options. Thao went above and beyond to help us work out which foods were safe for our group, and we really appreciated it. The location is convenient for restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The hotel feels outdated and needs significant maintenance. There was mold in the hallway, our mini-fridge was broken, the shower gel bottle was damaged, and the AC shut off during the night.

The central city location is good, and the restaurant is comparatively better, with very good food. Staff were helpful, particularly Tison. Rooms aren't spacious, and the lobby and lift feel congested.

Thao made breakfast especially enjoyable with her cheerful, helpful service and warm attention. The meal itself had plenty of tasty choices, and the dining area felt comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay at Cicila Hotel Saigon and was really satisfied with both the service and facilities. I’d gladly recommend it.
