The location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked lovely and cozy, but it wasn’t very practical. We’d booked a balcony room, though the Saigon traffic brought nonstop horns and motorbike noise inside, so we barely slept. There was no shower curtain either, which meant having to sit down to shower. The rest of the stay was great.

Tran, if I’ve got her name right, was especially helpful during my stay. The whole staff made me feel welcome and looked after, with kind, attentive service at every turn. The hotel felt comfortable and well run, and the team went out of their way to make guests feel valued. That hospitality made a lasting impression. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with staff who care.

I got a great night’s sleep and the Wi-Fi was quick, at 47.1Mbps down and 21.6Mbps up. That’s about all I liked. I stayed in the Vitality Courtyard, Room 601, with a king bed. The room felt cramped, and its view was just the stairs outside. Water leaked all over the poorly designed bathroom, making it hard for housekeeping to clean. I also found hair in the toilet area and on the room bench, which isn’t acceptable at any price. Good concept, poor execution. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s close to the airport, city centre, and shopping area, and the service was decent. They helped me with a Grab delivery when I needed it. Just be aware that a room at the far end by the road can be very noisy, since the soundproofing isn’t good.
