The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was very good. When my room door gave me trouble, they moved me to another room quickly. The hotel feels a bit old and costs too much for what it offers. My first premium room didn't even have a window. The location is interesting if you're okay being away from the tourist center, and there are nice places to eat nearby. I can't recommend it.

We got to check in two hours early, and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Our room had no refrigerator, but they said we could ask for one next time and they'd be happy to give us a room with it. Best place to stay in Cholon.

I spent about a week there, and it felt like being stuck in a long torture program. The rooms were filthy, full of cockroaches, and smelled strongly of them. Old rubbish hadn't been cleared, including trash left in the toilet. They charge extra for cleaning whether you're staying a week or a month. Calling it a hotel sounds much fancier than the reality. Imagine waking up groggy and stepping on the toilet bowl. Could you stand that?
