They made us wait for check-in because they said the room was being cleaned, but it was filthy when we finally got in. There was an old hairband with hair on the bed, rubbish on the furniture and under the sofa, and a used toothbrush in the bathroom. Dead ants were on surfaces, and the fridge still had old vegetables inside. I couldn't tell whether any ant spray had got onto the plates and cups.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and we found silverfish cocoons all over the ceiling. Even sitting on the bed left us with rashes. We gave up the booking and found another hotel for the night instead of staying there. I’d give it zero stars if I could. They seriously need to clean the place.

Check-in felt unpleasant from the start. The entrance smelled awful and seemed unhygienic, with rubbish scattered around. There was even poop beside the trash bin, and it stayed there for weeks. I doubt they clean the entrance very often.

The only good thing was the location. The place itself was very dirty, and there’s no reception because check-in is self-service. When we had trouble with the door, they took two hours to send someone. A really bad experience. Don't stay here.
