We’ve just checked out, and the room was tidy, clean and really comfortable. It’s in District 1, but away from the walking street, so the place felt quiet and cozy. There’s no reception desk, though we reached them by phone or Zalo and got quick replies. I’d stay here over the hotels around the walking street.

For the price, it’s a very good place, and I’d consider staying again if I had business nearby. The room and bed were lovely, and the location was super convenient. We were only there for one night, so I can’t say how it would be for a longer stay. The AC was quiet and worked well. The elevator was tiny, high-tech, and got stuck between floors. After three or four minutes of trying things, we emailed management, who replied right away, plus one star for that. We were told to stay completely clear of the door, which was almost impossible with our luggage, and it started moving again after a short while. That instruction should be posted above the control panel, minus one star until they do. The toilet design was odd: my wife, at 160 cm, physically couldn’t sit facing forward, and I’m 6 ft. 2 in. We both had to sit sideways. The brand-new TV remote was another headache. Each button took dozens of presses and different angles before it worked, and trying to move forward while keeping the same hand position was hopeless.

The location is really central and convenient, and the rooms are nice. Just be aware there’s no room service for changing towels or cleaning. It feels more like an Airbnb, where you stay through the nights without service.

The room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke as soon as we arrived, as if previous guests had smoked heavily. We had booked a non-smoking room and expected one. That night we found the toilet completely blocked and told the host straight away. They said maintenance would come first thing in the morning at a set time, but we waited more than two hours past that time and called several times before anyone arrived. The toilet couldn’t be used for over 11 hours, which was unacceptable. The unclean room and slow, unprofessional service made the stay extremely disappointing. This isn’t the standard we expect from an apart-hotel.
