C Central Hotel

I had to go look for another place right away, so I couldn't take many photos. The room was dusty, smelly and creepy, and looked way different from the online pictures. Noise went on until 4am, and the front desk wasn't helpful. I booked through Klook, but they didn't help either. I should've researched more carefully. Reviews on other booking apps seem mostly filtered to show good ones. The place is in a very busy area with restaurant bars. If you're the kind of person who goes out at night, doesn't mind noise and only needs somewhere to sleep, it might suit you. Definitely not for beginners. Do not book here.

When we arrived, we learned the air conditioner wasn't working, so the hotel moved us to another room. It was dirty, neglected and far below the standard they had promised. The hotel offered just 200,000 VND in compensation, as if the trouble and discomfort didn't matter. That didn't match how serious the situation was or how dissatisfied we felt. With the unhygienic conditions and poor surroundings, this hotel was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for families with young children.

We had booked and paid for two rooms, but right when we were about to check in, we were told the air conditioners weren't working and sent to a nearby hotel. That place was bad too, with a mediocre room and surroundings that felt peculiar, smelly and dirty. On the second day we returned to C Central Hotel and asked the receptionist if we could move into our rooms. They said none were available, even though we'd booked and paid for two. I was really disappointed and had expected the hotel to be good. I don't recommend it. If I could, I'd rate it -oo/10.

The location is right in a hotspot for restaurants and bars, so it may suit people who want nightlife and plan to rest at the hotel during the day. My stay was a mess, though. I booked a Deluxe twin single bed, with the booking showing two deluxe twin beds, but on arrival they said there was no room and offered a nearby hotel they operate. After we insisted, they gave us a room with a queen bed and split it into single beds. The room was very different from what I booked, dirty, and had lots of cockroaches. The toilet was in a separate, tiny cubicle. There was no room service unless I asked the receptionist. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thank God, amen.
