Thien Thao Hotel

On my business trips I often use this hotel chain. Prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and most of the rooms have lovely natural light and a good feel to them. Ms. Tuyen at the front desk is always enthusiastic and helpful. There's no elevator, but the team quickly helps with luggage, so it hasn't been an issue for me. A great choice.

The rooms cost 30-35USD a night, and the hotel makes a comfortable, quiet base while keeping the city close. It's tucked into a backstreet alley off a lively main road. Food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores and banks are all nearby, yet the room itself is calm, tidy and clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and try hard to make you feel at home despite their limited language skills. There's no elevator, though they're happy to carry luggage, which helps a lot. The surrounding district is mostly local, so don't expect polished streets. Sidewalks can be uneven or broken by tree roots and ongoing work, and the streets sometimes look messy. That also gives you a glimpse of local life and is part of the place's character.

The staff were really nice and accommodating, and there was good food right outside the entrance. The location is great, with lovely views and lots of green scenery. If you can, stay on the top floor. It's basically all yours, like a penthouse suite. Very cute and clean.

The view from my window was stunning, and I loved the modern decor. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed; the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Check-in was easy thanks to the extremely friendly, welcoming staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
