The District 1 location is the project's biggest draw, and the investment in details shows in the sleek finishes and beautiful pool. The view over the surrounding low-rise houses isn't especially inspiring, though, and traffic on Nguyen Trai is already intense and seems likely to get worse. It's tempting, but worth considering carefully.

Zeit River is a really luxurious tower mansion.

I've been one of the first owners at Zeit, and it's the best building I've experienced in Vietnam overall. The facilities are amazing, the building looks stunning, and I'm very happy with my apartment. The management team is super friendly and always helpful, and the security guards are nice too. Well done, GS, for creating such a special place. I can't wait to see it expand and add more facilities.

The front desk is friendly and does a pretty good job. Building management is another story: they handle complaints and problems very poorly and slowly, and the feedback they give is incoherent.

I wouldn't recommend buying or selling from them.
