SCAM ALERT! Zero stars. The place was dirty and unprofessional. I was told I could check in early, then waited hours while they were supposedly cleaning my room. I left and came back after it was meant to be ready, but it still wasn’t. Nothing had been cleaned: there was hair and dirt on the bed, and garbage and bugs in the refrigerator. They gave me the wrong room too. I told the host, and all he said was, “Ok”. It’s listed on Booking.com and Airbnb, but the pictures are completely different. The advertised photos show a clean room with a bed, while I was given a dirty mat on a dirty floor. This was supposed to be the “one bed room apartment” option. I’ve included the photos I took alongside the advertised ones. 12357# Also, the property is in an alley that Grab cars can’t reach. Don’t take the risk.

It’s only a three-minute walk from the hotel to Bui Vien walking street. You can have drinks there with friends, then come back to a quiet place to rest because the hotel itself isn’t noisy. Highly recommended for a trip to Saigon.

The service was good and the accommodation was okay. It’s such a good homestay that I’ll always remember it, and I don’t regret staying there.

A simple, clean room for a fair price.
