The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, but the room was in rough shape. There was hair everywhere, lots of stains on the sheets, and the drawers were filthy and full of trash. The sheets were wrinkled, and I woke up with terrible back pain. Also, the room is not soundproof.

We stopped at Go Hotel to rest after getting off the highway on our work trip from Lam Dong to Saigon. The room was clean and spacious, and our double room cost 350,000 VND per night. There’s parking in front, though the area is busy with cars parked there. They also have VIP rooms for families. Everything was fine except they forgot to leave toothbrushes in our room.

I booked an overnight stay from 8pm to 12pm, but was charged the daily rate of 350k instead of the listed overnight price of 300. The staff said this was because I had booked in advance, which was a first for me. Room 303 didn’t match the hotel photo they sent. It felt like a temporary room: dirty toilet, no desk, unusable dryer, and an old door. The sink leaked underneath while draining above, and someone opened the door while I was inside. It wasn’t worth 350k. I visited once and won’t come back.

When I asked about the room, the staff didn’t show me a price list or give a clear quote, then denied what they had said. The consultant had quoted 350,000 VND, but at checkout another person charged 450,000 VND and blamed the first staff member. The owner didn’t come out to check what happened, and just pointed to the public price list. This wasn’t my first experience like this. It left me convinced the owner and staff were deliberately setting this up to scam customers. I wouldn’t risk coming back.
