Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa

Coming back from our daily outings, we found the room meticulously cleaned and arranged perfectly each time. The menu had a wide range of cuisines, and the pool and restaurant were among the good services the hotel provided. The staff worked hard and were welcoming whenever we asked for something, which made the stay feel special. Aaron and Audi at the door greeted us warmly every time, and Joyce was kind and polite.

The real hotel looked much worse than the Agoda photos, and it felt old rather than 4-star. Our room was outdated, smaller than advertised, and poorly maintained, with worn furniture. Cleanliness fell below expectations, and some facilities shown in the listing were unavailable or didn’t work. We booked based on the photos and description expecting a clean, modern, spacious room and a 4-star experience. Instead, it felt more like a budget hotel. The listing and reviews were misleading compared with what we found, and the stay didn’t match the price we paid. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they update the photos to show the actual rooms.

We booked three rooms for seven friends, two for double occupancy and one for triple occupancy. The triple room was a double room with an extra bed added, so it felt even more cramped. The rooms in general weren’t spacious enough, though they were clean. I stayed from 5th February 2026 to 7th February 2026. The hotel is in a good location, and the service was excellent. We were offered welcome drinks at check-in, and everyone we encountered at the entrance, reception, and room service greeted us warmly with pleasing smiles. Audi & Jackson were the two names I remember from the entrance team. The breakfast spread was good, and the free in-room amenities were commendable.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast was a real strength, especially the excellent buffet and pho each day. The location is also a big plus. Still, the rooms don’t block sound well, so loud families or people arriving late can be heard. If you want a calm, quiet stay, that may be a problem. The restaurant and reception air conditioning also felt very cold, at least to me as a European. A very good hotel with some clear strengths, though there’s room to improve.
