The room was clean, but old and small. We booked a Deluxe room, and its window looked out onto nothing. The location is near the city center and airport, but the stay wasn’t worth it for us. When they called us to check out, I asked if we could stay another hour. The receptionist hung up without saying anything. We were then charged half the room price for checking out 45 minutes late, without being told about the extra fee.
10/10
The Cup coffee on the ground floor is a nice extra, serving breakfast and lunch and able to host groups or events of more than 50 people. The hotel is affordable, close to the airport, and offers good service. It’s very convenient for anyone working at Vietnamse-German University. I strongly recommend it.
6/10
The architecture is good, and the towels and bed were good too. The shower was hard to control, and the toothpaste and toothbrush were low quality. There wasn’t enough light in the room for reading or working. Breakfast was okay, with a nice restaurant and beautiful meals. The TV had working cable channels.
10/10
We had a group of guests stay here, and it was convenient for them: the hotel is about five minutes from the international airport and ten minutes from the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was good. The group rate was very reasonable, so we recommend this hotel to travel agents and family groups.
4/10
The good points are its proximity to the airport, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and walking distance to a bus stop. For a mid-range price, though, the amenities are only basic. There’s no soundproofing on the balcony glass or in the corridor.
