Finished in 2017, this premium residence is close to the airport and works well for families. It has a large pool, a fully equipped gym, and a kids' playground. Residents can find a Vinmart and pharmacy downstairs, and the kindergarten, cafés, and airport are easy to reach on foot or by motorbike. Parking can be hard to find sometimes, and the parking staff may seem lazy or rude at first.

The building itself is nice, but my partner and I had a terrible experience with the security staff. She lost her parking card, which was her mistake, but it took five hours of dealing with what felt like made-up procedures before she could get her motorbike out. One guard in particular seemed to deliberately make things harder and laughed at her in a sneering way. I felt he was trying to get money from her and had nothing better to do than waste our time. Building management says it makes sure guards are honest, but it can't see everything happening there. Security should help people, not try to extort money or keep them waiting.

The two-bedroom place had a living room and was set up well for sleeping. It felt like home, and I'd consider staying at Golden Mansion again when I return to Saigon. I'd recommend it to friends and family. A very good choice for a couple of days.
