We booked a Deluxe double room for two nights, but neither room they showed us matched the pictures or what we expected from that booking. The first was small, smelled moldy, and was off a dark, smelly corridor. We went back to reception with the booking and photos, and they said they didn't know about it before moving us to a second room, which was also drastically different from the pictures. The area around the hotel was untidy and unclean. We cancelled within two hours and booked somewhere better, without getting a refund. I don't recommend this hotel.
2/10
The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The floor was dirty enough that your feet would turn black without slippers or sandals. The bathroom was also a problem: the drain clogged easily, and because the door wouldn't shut properly, lots of water spilled out. Everything else was somewhat better.
2/10
Couldn't sleep at night because it was extremely noisy. It wasn't clean, there was no room service, and the service was very bad.

Good.

My room's window looked straight at the wall next door.
