Hello Saigon Homestay

The owners did everything they could to help with the disruption and were incredibly kind. They gave us great tips and spent time helping us sort out logistics. The top-floor room meant quite a climb, probably harder for younger people, but having a patio full of beautiful plants right beside us was lovely. The unfortunate part was construction in the building next to the homestay, which seemed to start just as we checked in. It was extremely loud for the first 2-3 days, though much quieter by the time we left. The homestay was conveniently located and very affordable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with a nice minimalist feel, and the bed was comfortable. I found the in-room tea kettle and mini fridge really useful. We could walk to local food street markets for great, inexpensive street food, as well as a few local restaurants and coffee shops.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hello Saigon is ideally placed near the main attractions, but tucked down a side street so it's very quiet.

The neighborhood was quiet, with plenty of shops and a large supermarket right next door, and it was only a short walk to the centre. Our room at Hello Saigon was spacious and clean, with a great shower and toiletries. Daisy and her family were kind, discreet, and so welcoming. We'd happily stay again.

The rooftop garden was a lovely surprise, full of plants, and we got to see baby doves nesting there. The homestay is on a quiet street beside a shop mart, with the city close by. Our host also pointed us toward great local food and other useful places, which we really appreciated. The extended family are sweet, and the service felt sincere and personal, above what we'd expect from a hotel. The house is very tidy and well cared for. An excellent homestay.
