We ended up taking a Grab to another hotel and didn't get to bed until after 1am because of all the hassle. We arrived around midnight, gave the receptionist our name, and got a blunt “No room” with no greeting. When we said we already had a booking, he told us he'd cancelled it and emailed us earlier that day. We'd been travelling all day, so I don't know how he expected us to see that. Then he said there was a room after all, for 500k, which was more than we'd paid online. I wasn't going to pay extra after being told there was no room. It felt like it could be a scam, with him pocketing the money from desperate people who don't know what else to do. What an absolute disgrace.

The location is the best part, across from the mall on a wide street with parking. Staff were friendly and professional, but we were given lower-grade rooms for the same price after being told our booked room was no longer available, even though we'd prebooked on Agoda. The room was cramped and not very clean. It could work on a tight budget if location matters more than room quality.

The location worked really well for us, near the hospital for check-ups and close to Van Hanh Mall. My family and I stayed in a double room and a single room at this newly renovated hotel. Our family room had a kitchen, and reception could provide cooking utensils when we asked. Very handy for families, and the rooms were clean.

Way too cramped and dirty, and definitely not worth the price. I won't be back. Terrible.

The staff are nice and the place is clean, though it gets a bit crowded. If you forget to book ahead, sometimes there aren't any rooms left.
