The alley keeps the place really quiet, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well. It was also close to where we wanted to go. We didn't mind carrying our bags up the stairs, a decent workout. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the towels were soft, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Toothbrushes and extra toilet paper were provided. I really recommend this place.

The room was clean, and otherwise this was a decent but unremarkable hotel. Mine was on the fourth floor, and climbing all those stairs with no elevator was awful. The mini-fridge had water bottles, but there was no sign or explanation that they cost extra, so I was charged at checkout. They also had no card machine, and sent me down the street to pay. Very inconvenient and annoying. I think you can find somewhere better for the same price or less.

The staff were really pleasant, and the rooms are attractive, clean, and spacious. For how comfortable the place is, the price is surprisingly low. It's rare to find a good hotel in Saigon at such a reasonable rate.

Be ready for a steep climb with your luggage, because there is no elevator. The second floor is called the first floor, and the hotel lies in its listings on booking sites. Every trip to your room means climbing that small mountain. If you complain, they only offer free water. Don't stay here, and put this place out of business!
