Hoang Yen Hotel

Room 401 is a little dirty :))) The water pressure in the shower is weak, there's no hot water, and the outlets are loose so it's hard to plug anything in. The air conditioner runs but barely cools, so it's unbearably hot :))))

The blankets still had residue from the previous guest, and the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room and was leaking water. I paid for this room, so excuse me if this bothers you, but nobody will be satisfied with service like this!

The rooms are new and clean, and the prices are reasonable. The receptionist is especially friendly and enthusiastic, and is available to help 24/7. Everyone should come try it for themselves.

I was passing through as a tourist and stayed here on Saturday. The prices were reasonable, and I especially liked how professional the young woman at reception on the day shift was. I'd come back if I get the chance, and recommend the place to friends.
