Mrs. Ha made our two days in Saigon feel like home. Her kindness and personal attention meant a lot, from the cheerful welcome to always being ready to help with questions. She shared local dining and sightseeing tips that helped us find authentic Saigon experiences, and helped with things like getting around and finding local amenities. We also had a very comfortable, peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. The bedding, cleanliness, and calm atmosphere all made it easy to unwind. Her care went well beyond the usual service, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. We'd highly recommend her accommodation to anyone visiting Saigon.

We stayed for a month at this homestay in district 1. The room is small, but clean and good for the price, and it's within walking distance of the bus station. The owner is a very friendly woman who was helpful with all our questions and other things.

The owners were very kind. They helped with our bags when we arrived and offered us bottled water, which I really appreciated. Our room was comfortable and had AC, a flat iron, electric kettle, heated shower, TV, and wifi. It was a peaceful, safe stay, and a great homestay in District 1 near the landmarks and usual tourist spots.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two, and the caretaker lady was humble and helpful. But getting there was difficult. A car can't enter the lane, so you have to carry your luggage 300-400m to get a cab. There's no lift, and our room was on the second floor, so we carried our bags ourselves. When booking, she told me we'd get a ground-floor room near the kitchen, but there are no ground-floor rooms, only a kitchen. Rooms are on the first, second, and third floors, and the first floor may just be an office. The caretaker couldn't help with these location issues.
