Being near Japan Town and plenty of good restaurants made getting around easy. My room at Hotel Indigo Saigon was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with complimentary sun-dried fruits as a thoughtful local touch. The reception team were welcoming and helpful from check-in through check-out. I had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

The neighborhood was handy, with cafes, restaurants, and spas all around, and I enjoyed the well-kept gym and pool. Housekeeping did a great job, replenishing the amenities every day. The staff were attentive and ready to help throughout my memorable, comfortable stay at Hotel Indigo. I also loved the hotel’s character and its beautiful mix of modern and contemporary architecture.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Indigo over NYE 25/26. Any request was handled right away, which made us feel welcome and valued, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s a pleasant oasis in the middle of the busy city, with a rooftop that’s perfect for sunset. Service was outstanding from the Concierge and cleaning staff to the breakfast team. Johnny Ho, Ken & Jacob were especially wonderful before and during our stay. 10/10, highly recommend staying here!

The bed was a little hard and slightly squeaky, and I wish I’d been given a room on a higher floor. Those were the only downsides to my four-day stay at Hotel Indigo. I was visiting HCMC for the second time and was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful design and the experience overall. The team were warm and attentive, and I appreciated their flexibility and the lovely little surprise they arranged for a special occasion. I’d happily recommend it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel’s stylish modern look still felt warm. The location made it easy to get around and explore the city, with cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
