Nice.

It's really good.

The hotel has had two owners. The previous owner was okay and kept the room clean, but since the new owner took over, the room has been dirty. Cockroaches were crawling on the bed while I was lying there, and the other day I lifted the sheet and found a pool of blood. The staff's attitude was awful. When I checked in, they told me one thing, then charged me something else when I checked out. When I questioned it, they said they'd gone to the hotel, but still kept haggling. At check-in, the receptionist wrote that it took 15 minutes. When I left, they showed me the paper and said, "Look, look." I asked why it said 15 minutes, then they called another staff member back. They didn't know and didn't care, and their attitude made that obvious. There was no elevator, and they made people go up five floors to get their things at checkout. They also modded the air conditioner for them. Overall, bad.

The room was dirty, the soundproofing was poor, and leaving the car downstairs felt worrying since nobody was watching it. Facilities were ordinary. The price shown outside was 160k, but inside they asked for 200k, saying in a way that felt fake that no 160k rooms were left. Nothing special overall.
