Hotel Thu Ha

The staff were polite, and the room was clean and nice for a reasonable price, especially after 9 pm. There’s even a steam room. It’s not like the place over in the Phan Xích Long area.

I had booked a room for 10 am, but still had to wait. When I asked about the delay, the reception staff seemed annoyed and didn’t answer me. Their attitude was poor.

The rooms are nice and inexpensive, though the hotel is a little far from the city center. I did find myself wondering whether there might be hidden cameras.

The room smelled bad and didn’t block much sound. The receptionist was also very rude. Messages from customers often went unanswered, which felt disrespectful. Guests are paying to stay there, so there’s no reason to treat them with such a bad attitude. Think carefully before booking.
