President Maison Signature by M Village

The service is what made President M Village stand out for me. Every staff member was warm, attentive and seemed to care about making my stay comfortable. They did lots of little things that made a difference during a busy trip. The hotel is beautiful, clean and peaceful, and the location is convenient too. I’ve stayed at many hotels in HCMC, but this was one of my best hospitality experiences. The team takes pride in making guests feel welcome instead of treating them like just another booking. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else on future trips to Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay so memorable.

The location made it easy to get around. It was peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep, but cafés, restaurants and convenience stores were only a short walk away, and booking a Grab took just a minute each time. The hotel felt more personal and home-like than a typical large property. My room at President Maison Signature by M Village was modern, clean and comfortable, with a stylish, relaxing design and a shower with strong pressure. I slept well. Free laundry was especially useful while traveling. From arrival, the staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was quick, and everyone I met was attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. I recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Sunny at the front desk deserves a special thank you. She was warm, attentive and helpful from check-in through check-out, including with our laundry and luggage storage. Her genuine hospitality and professionalism made everything smooth and enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely, elegant setting, and its location is quiet but convenient for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We only spent about half an hour at the swimming pool, but it was especially lovely and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return to Ho Chi Minh City.

The pool is on the small side for swimming, though relaxing by it in the sun was still lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, with an almost ceremonial feel despite being in a lively area. I also appreciated that welcome drinks are free and available around the clock, so you can order one whenever you like. I felt looked after even before arriving. I’d just checked out from another M Village group hotel a one-minute walk away, and, traveling alone with both my luggage and my friend’s, I couldn’t manage everything. I asked the butler from President for help, and they came right away with an umbrella and accompanied me all the way to the hotel. On arrival I was greeted with a refreshing drink that helped me cool down. I caught a bad cold during my stay. When the butler noticed I wasn’t well, they promptly brought me ginger lemon tea. Such a thoughtful gesture. The service goes above and beyond, and I’d definitely stay again.
