It’s a really handy spot, with everything you need just outside. The service was wonderful too. Anything we asked for arrived right away, and nobody questioned how much we used or why we needed it. The apartment is older, but it’s equipped well and everything works. Our first week was very quiet. Then the upstairs neighbors moved in and things changed a lot. Their lights shone brightly into our room until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. The thin curtains didn’t block it, and the white wall outside the windows bounced the light back inside. The man also talked loudly late at night. So your stay could be lovely and peaceful, or it could go the other way. I guess lots of hotels have this issue. I’d give the place four stars.

Guests should be told before check-in what Just Stay charges each day for cleaning. The website needs to show that cost too. Please make sure the fee is clearly shared in advance.

We paid over 800k VND and got a dusty, run-down room with a bad view and no service. There was no confirmation call or pickup. We had to call five or six times to ask about it, then waited half an hour for someone to meet us, even though we arrived after 3 pm. Don't book here, everyone!

The landlord was awful. They didn't keep their promises, the service wasn't what had been agreed, and they later demanded extra payment.
