We had a good stay and would come back. The place is charming and little, the rooms are good, and the staff are nice and helpful. It’s super clean, and the AC works well. The bed was so hard that I could only fall asleep on my back. It was by far the hardest bed I’ve slept on in Asia. Breakfast noodles were underwhelming too, very basic. We’d read that the place was hard to find, but with GPS it was easy. It’s at the end of the little alley, which is actually a plus because it makes things quieter. For the price, it’s a good place. Recommended!

The free breakfast is local style, which I liked better than boring toast. Their cafe also makes great egg coffee and blueberry smoothies. I really enjoyed my time here. It’s an awesome hostel run by a young, passionate, friendly, energetic team. They do a great job with cleanliness, and the beds and rooms are comfortable and decent, so guests can relax and chill. Bravo Chloe, the owner!

It’s brand new and really clean, with the charm of the original French architecture brought out nicely. The location is great and the rates are good. The staff are super friendly, and the owner is awesome. They were very accommodating with the kitchen, even cooking food I’d bought without charging me. Apparently, I needed some "home-cooked" food because I was staying for a week.

The cubicles are really cool, much more private than a bunk bed. I never had to wait for a shower or toilet, everything was super clean, and there was zero street noise because the hostel is in a back alley. The party street is only about a block away if you want to go there. The staff are amazing, especially the owner Chloe. I arrived 12 hours before my reservation, a mistake on my booking, and she got up at 2 a.m. to find me somewhere to stay around the corner. She also booked an overnight train for less than I could find it, paid for it herself, and added it to my bill, which she let me pay in American dollars. She can book cheaper flights within Vietnam too. She used to be a flight attendant and has lots of connections in the tourist industry. The bill is fully transparent, and you won’t get scammed here. She does keep your passport, but it’s locked away and she gives it back when you need it to book flights and things, and again when you leave. Love, love, love this hostel! It’s by far the best one I’ve stayed in.

It’s tucked away, so traffic noise wasn’t an issue. The hosts were lovely to chat with, and the bathrooms and showers were clean. Breakfast and coffee were both great. A laid-back hostel and a handy spot near the tourist area.
