Kin Wander Tan Quy

Rain on the metal roof was pretty loud while I was there. It didn't bother me too much, but I can imagine it might bother someone else. The rest of my stay at Kin Wander Tan Quy was lovely. My unit had a nice kitchen, the shower pressure was great, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. Staff were fantastic and kept communication easy on WhatsApp throughout my visit. Free laundry with new washer and dryer machines was such a perk. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Saigon, I'd absolutely recommend the place! 🩷

The showers have strong pressure, but the hot water lasted around five minutes or less. We also saw a few small flies moving slowly around the place. They were harmless and easy to get rid of, though they were there. Those were minor issues alongside an otherwise wonderful stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The place had a comfortable, homey atmosphere that made it hard to leave. We'll definitely stay again when we're back in Saigon. Highly recommended, 10/10.

There's food of every kind nearby, plus a supermarket just one block away. You can park a motorbike at the property, and there's an electric vehicle charging station next door. I liked the enclosed courtyard just outside the entrance, and the laundry room is on the top floor. The apartments are clean and nicely decorated, with a stovetop, kettle, rice pot, and refrigerator. Kin Wander refreshed my water and coffee each day and cleaned my room every other day. The staff were so kind and sweet, and helped me with anything I needed. It feels like home, with lots of helpful people around to make the stay pleasant. I'd recommend Kin Wander Tan Quy for any length of visit, especially a long one.

The rooms at Kin Wander Tan Quy were clean and nice, and the staff were kind and really helpful. We got the best service here, and at The moonage nearby as well. I'd definitely come back on my next visit to Saigon District 7.
