The staff’s attitude was the worst part for me. When we politely asked for extra toilet paper, they were rude and told us to buy it ourselves. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and never had that happen. We checked out early because I no longer felt comfortable there. The room didn’t feel clean or hygienic. There were lots of marks and stains on the walls, and several things looked old and poorly maintained. As paying guests, we expected basic respect, cleanliness, and reasonable service, and didn’t get them. Management should look at both room cleanliness and how staff treat guests. Hospitality should make people feel welcome, which wasn’t our experience. Very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The people working here were so welcoming, kind, and caring. They made my whole experience of coming to Vietnam really enjoyable. There are lots of shops and street food close by, and the airport is nearby too. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for quality and convenience!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location worked well for me to get around. I really enjoyed the hospitality, especially the staff and quick service. Highly recommend Yours hotel to anyone coming to Saigon 👍🏻

The outside of the hotel looks fine, but the rooms need a major revamp. The mattress has a hole and hasn’t been replaced, and even the sheets feel very worn. Housekeeping only comes once every three days, and the housekeeper didn’t seem to notice damage such as a slightly loose tap. I never want to stay here again.

The bed wasn’t clean enough, and there was still someone’s hair on it. They cleaned the room only when I asked. Water was provided just for the first day, and I had to ask for toilet paper every day.
