The room had the "Reddoor" branding but was really dirty. I complained to the manager, who said it was dirty because nobody had stayed there for a long time. The replacement room was just as bad, so I ended up paying 100,000 VND for a 10-minute experience.

On Friday, April 16th, they said every room was booked. I asked about a room and gave them the date, but the receptionist didn't answer directly and kept asking roundabout questions before saying there was nothing available. Thanks to people like that, the hotel is much busier.

The prices were reasonable, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly. I'll definitely come back.

There's a refrigerator in the room. The room is a little old, and the air conditioner is old too, though it works moderately well.

Reputable-brand cameras. K+ installation has a stable signal. Burglar alarm system...
