The staff were professional, well trained, and so kind and patient, helping us with service issues around the clock. Our room had everything we needed, and housekeeping cleaned it daily or whenever we asked. I stayed four nights and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. It was part of many memorable moments on my second visit to this beautiful country. Thanks so much, we'll be back later this year!

The only issue was brief power outages lasting 10-30 minutes a day, though they affected the whole area, even the high-end malls. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The mostly new rooms were clean, housekeeping refreshed the amenities daily, and the accommodating staff were available around the clock.

I forgot to take a photo of the room, but it was spotless, just like the lobby. Hotel Luguna Premier clearly takes cleanliness seriously. Its location near the Korean area is handy for both business and leisure visits to Ho Chi Minh. The staff made me feel welcome with their friendliness and help, whether I needed directions or just got a warm smile in the morning. Their hospitality was even better than the cleanliness. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was one of the best in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Hotel Luguna and will definitely return.

The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were supportive and friendly. I loved them. Since the hotel is close to SECC, getting to the Vietnam International Bakery Show was easy.
