After three nights, they still hadn’t cleaned the room until I asked. The breakfast options were very limited, the cups were dirty, and there was no hot water. The bed linen was really dirty, torn, and stained, though they changed it when I asked. They gave us only two bath towels. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

The security guard was kind, greeted us, helped with graphic design, and apologized, even though the mix-up wasn’t his fault. The check-in itself was badly handled. We had to show our key card three times before we could get into a room. The first room hadn’t been cleaned, and then key cards were given to other guests for the wrong room.

I checked in because I wasn’t feeling well, and the stay gave me a chance to relax and take a proper break from solo travel. Everyone was wonderful, especially the receptionists, housekeepers, spa staff, and the security team at the entrance. A special thanks to Linh and Na, who were so friendly and helped me sort out bank transfers and send a parcel back to a tailor in Hoi An. The rooms and location were great, too. I had an amazing experience.

The front desk staff, especially Lyn, were very friendly, and the two security guards helped me with rides and suggestions for places to go. The hotel is close to all the great spots. They also helped me out when I was in a tight spot and put me up for five days.
