The mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, and my linen shirt went missing from my room.

I was still turned away from basement parking with my electric bike, even after explaining that taking out the battery would basically make it a bicycle. The building rules don't allow electric bikes there. What made it so frustrating was seeing other electric bikes parked in the lot. Really annoying.

The security guard spoke to me in a bossy, parental way, as though the building owner wasn't eating :))).

Even after lots of customer feedback and suggestions, the security guard's unfriendly manner never changed. We came back after 8 months to greet customers, and he was still acting the same way. Terrible!
