My Homies in Saigon is in a great spot in district 3, between Nhà thờ Tân Định(Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) and Bưu điện trung tâm Sài Gòn( Saigon Central Post Office). Both are easy to reach on foot, the church by turning right from the building and the post office by going left. There’s a local market nearby to the right, and a Family Mart(convenient store) downstairs for late-night food or drinks. I stayed four nights in a clean room that looked like my photo. The traditional drama decorations and graffiti gave it a distinctive feel, and each room has a different theme. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer were provided. Shared rooms are available on two floors if you want to save money. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and you can do laundry there too. There’s a lot of freedom, with no curfew or other restrictions. Such a wonderful place in Saigon.

A great low-cost place for foreigners visiting Viet Nam. There’s traditional food to try if you’re wondering what to eat, and it’s so warm and delicious. What impressed me most is that if you’re unlucky enough to have all your property stolen, you can stay here for free!

We got amazing food here, and the beds were the most spacious I’ve come across at any hostel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and you’re close to plenty of great spots in Saigon. This place rocks, check it out and you won’t regret it.

Right in the city center, close to the Postoffice, statehouse and plenty of good food. The hostel is squeaky clean, and an attendant (granma) is there 24/7 to take care of what you need. A must for backpackers: it’s affordable, with a unique design that gives you privacy.
