The staff were very accommodating, especially Kim and Linh, and made our stay more enjoyable. The room had a shower and bathtub and was cleaned every day when requested. The location is great, only a few minutes’ walk from the party street.

Please don’t waste your time booking here. My partner and I arrived around 11:30pm after a full day of travel, only to be told our room’s aircon was broken and we couldn’t stay. Looking at the reviews, this seems to happen a lot. They walked us to their other hotel, where we waited another 10 minutes before being told there wasn’t a room for us there either and that we could go next door. I don’t think that place existed, because they then cancelled our booking and left us with nowhere to go. It was disgraceful to leave us on the street at midnight. If our room had actually been available, they’d have known before 11:30pm that the aircon wasn’t working and could have told us before we arrived. “Luxury” doesn’t describe our experience. I’d give zero stars if I could.

After just one night, we felt we had no choice but to leave, even though we’d booked and paid for five days. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, which made an already upsetting experience feel even more unfair. On our first night we found several dead cockroaches on the bed. It was completely unacceptable and made us seriously question the cleanliness and hygiene. After sleeping on the sheets, I developed a severe rash, which strongly suggests the bedding wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained. When we told the staff, they were dismissive and showed little concern. They minimized what happened, with no real effort to investigate, give a meaningful apology, or offer a practical solution. Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and this hotel failed at both. I’d strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

We had a comfortable five-day stay at Gemini Saigon Luxury Hotel, and the room was spacious enough to spend time in, even for a longer visit. The location is a big plus: Walking Street is very close, with plenty of restaurants, markets, and bars nearby, so everyday needs are within walking distance. Evenings can get a bit noisy because the hotel is near Walking Street. Better sound insulation would make it more relaxing. Our room’s Wi-Fi signal was weak, and stronger coverage would help. The elevator could also feel more reassuring with some updates or maintenance. It’s a good option for its central location and roomy spaces, and a few small improvements could make the stay better.
