A note for foreigners considering living in this building: I stayed here for seven months. The apartment had pros and cons, but getting proof of residence from Newland Home was a major problem. The building manager took two weeks just to print the form, then another two weeks to have it stamped. It wasn’t signed and stamped correctly, so the police rejected it when I applied for my criminal record check. In other apartments where I lived, this took 3-5 days. When I asked for the document to be corrected, the helpdesk and manager were inconsistent about replying to my messages. I’m still struggling to get the police check because Newland Home hasn’t supported me. Getting this document promptly matters for your visa status and work permit in Vietnam. I wouldn’t recommend living here because management didn’t help, and I’m still trying to obtain what I need due to their negligence.

Dirty, shabby accommodation, and terrible service.

Our team had everything we needed for teambuilding here. Thanks to the host for looking after us!

I was disappointed by how this booking was handled. I booked a double room through Agoda after seeing some nice room photos, but when I contacted the owner, the hotel said it was “fully booked,” even though the app still showed rooms available. They gave vague answers and no clear reason, leaving me waiting a long time without a resolution. Then, instead of honoring the double room I’d reserved, they offered to switch me to a single. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful to someone who had booked ahead, and it was completely different from the original listing. This was a 1-star experience. I won’t return or recommend booking here if you want to avoid wasted time and hassle.
