The worst part was waking up with several bites, which made me think there were bed bugs. The room was visibly dirty, and basic service was missing. The property is old and badly maintained, with facilities that badly need renovation. For somewhere in this condition, the price is shockingly high and offers no value. I can’t understand how it still has a 2-star rating when it fails at basic cleanliness and hospitality. High prices, dated facilities, no real service, and unsanitary rooms made this a nightmare from beginning to end. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The elevator was tiny and seemed like it might break down at any moment. The facilities were extremely old and poorly maintained, even though the room looked clean at first glance. There was no housekeeping during my stay, the service was poor, and worst of all, the bed had bugs or bed bugs. For a 2-star hotel, the price was far too high for what they offer. A huge disappointment. Avoid it if you can.

The room is spacious and has a balcony, but that’s about all it has going for it. There’s nowhere to eat or shop nearby, no restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets within walking distance, so the location is very inconvenient. Getting to Ben Thanh Market or Ho Chi Minh Square is difficult by bus: there’s no direct route, and I had to transfer twice. It took around 40 minutes on average. I moved near Banhan Mall. The spa on the second floor is a shady massage parlor, and I was scammed out of 300,000 won. This isn’t a hotel.

For the price, the room is decent, OK. I’d pick one with a window facing the street or the kindergarten for a more comfortable stay.
