Lancaster Legacy Hotel & Apartments

The breakfast was a real highlight, with more variety than at other high-end places we've stayed, and the gigantic infinity pool was a favorite too. The hotel is only six months old, so everything felt modern, clean, and spacious. All four of us, including our two little ones, had a great stay at Lancaster Legacy Hotel in District 1. Everyone was kind and helpful, even the security staff outside. Bellman Nguyen Nhoc Tai especially stood out: he was quick to notice when we needed a hand, opened doors, moved our luggage, and kept smiling. We enjoyed the stay so much that we'll book again soon.

The location is great, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. My room was very spacious, though the hardware felt a tier below five-star quality. The breakfast buffet was solid, with lots of Asian and Western options, and the air conditioning worked pretty well. They also gave me bonus vouchers for discounts on food. Watch out for the hot water, though, it comes out scalding. Start with the tap about one-third hot and adjust from there.

We came back for a second stay at Lancaster Legacy, and the restaurant on the 6th floor was a highlight again. The food and atmosphere really added to the experience. District 1 is a great location, and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Everything feels carefully managed to make the stay easy. Service was warm and professional from arrival, including the door staff, reception, and room service. Tài, Lọc, Khánh, Đô, and Nhi deserve a special mention. Lancaster Legacy is an easy choice for dining, service, and location, and we'll be back.

Mr.Duc made a stressful situation much easier. We left some clothes in our room, and since we were foreigners without a local phone number, getting in touch quickly was difficult. Even though it was late, Duc patiently checked for the items, stayed calm and kind, and arranged to have them returned. His thoughtfulness and initiative meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is brand-new and spacious, with comfortable rooms, a good pool, a well-equipped gym, and a tasty breakfast. Highly recommended.
