The furniture was worn down and it was quite noisy. For the same price as other hotels, this was terrible. The room was very dirty, including the toilet hooks, and there were even hairs from the previous guest on the bed. Anyone thinking of booking should think twice.

Paying 500k for this terrible service was hard to believe. The room was expensive and filthy, and the old bedsheets hadn't been changed for the guests. It was awful. I wouldn't dare return.

The room was already musty when I opened the door, with wrinkled, stained sheets that looked like they hadn't been changed. The bathroom was no better: a rusty shower, water that went hot and cold, and worn, discolored towels that looked a year old. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor and barely cooled the room, while the TV couldn't tune in properly and its remote had no cover or batteries. Old, dirty things everywhere. I've stayed in plenty of places, but the staff handled my complaint about the smell and dirt especially badly. They nodded and then did nothing, without an apology. In general the service felt extremely superficial. Nobody helped with my luggage. When I said I couldn't stay, they acted like gangsters, trying to make me stay or lose money. At checkout, they inspected every towel and glass with a sour look, as if they suspected me of breaking something. They blamed my family for a broken mirror, but after calling housekeeping, they learned it wasn't me and still didn't apologize. I had to get away from them quickly, very urgently. Never again!

I booked for 2 days and 2 nights but only stayed one night before canceling my deposit and leaving. The room seemed like an abandoned motel that hadn't been cleaned in ages. The staff were unprofessional, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was hair from the previous guest on the pillow, the blanket smelled musty, the room was damp, and the toilet was dirty. The old, dirty items and leaking, run-down room made it worse. The tap kept going hot and cold and couldn't be adjusted. I also had to ask a staff member to turn on the air conditioner, which took almost 30 minutes to work. I swear I won't come back, not even once. 😌
