The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the temperature throughout was just right. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really loved the balcony. Huy and Ttrong were great, and we really appreciated the amazing staff and property.

The gym and pool were really good, and open from 6am to 10pm. We also loved the apartment, it was spacious and clean, with first class service. The location was superb, close to restaurants, entertainment, and a local supermarket. The main sights are walkable, some around 15 minutes away and a couple maybe up to 40 minutes. We couldn't fault anything.

We ended up at Norfolk Mansion by accident while I was getting dental treatment next door, and it turned out to be a great location close to everything. The apartment and hotel facilities were fabulous. Director of Sales Mrs Nguyen Thi Minh Huy went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I've never had service that incredible. Thank you so much. My wife and I highly recommend the Norfolk Mansion to anyone visiting Saigon.

We were worried the rooms might be small because it's in Saigon, but they were much bigger than we expected. The place was clean and the service was great, with everyone being so nice and friendly. I'd definitely book here again if I go to Saigon.

A fantastic family stay. The staff were excellent, and the rooms were big and luxurious. The kitchen, dining area, and family lounge were all spacious and well kept. A must stay if you visit Hi Chi Minh city.
