The building looks very close to its original design, and the construction is well done. Materials feel high quality throughout, from the public spaces to the private rooms. The pool and river view are stunning, and the building is regularly maintained to a high standard. The security team is the best I’ve seen, always smiling at residents and guests and holding the door. Savill management is generally good, though there are a few things to improve.

Q2 Terrace ArtFair in Thao Dien makes for a relaxed weekend visit, with handmade work from local and international creators, including ceramics and textiles. There are pop-up workshops, live acoustic music, and easy chats with artists in the leafy garden. You can browse unusual décor and gifts over an artisanal coffee, or just enjoy the creative atmosphere. A lovely place to find some laid-back inspiration. Presented by Dế EcoFair.

The facilities and pool are good, but be ready for noise. Drilling or hammering from neighboring units can be heard at all hours, and management will warn you to respect them. Welcome to Q2 🏆🙂

It’s a nice neighborhood, and the security and staff are nice too. I love how quiet the common room is, with views of the pool and other man-made green spaces. It’s a great spot to read or work. The gym can get a little busy on weekends.

I love the design, and the view is great.
