Odys Apartment

We arrived in Saigon at night during Têt, and the staff checked us in smoothly. Our room had no windows, but it was cozy and had all the amenities we expected. There’s a gym on the first floor with a treadmill, cross trainer, and weight machine. The hotel is an easy walk, less than five minutes, from one of the city’s main areas, though its own street felt quiet. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. The walls aren’t well insulated, as is typical for this style of hotel, so noise from loud neighbors would probably carry through. It wasn’t an issue for us.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. There’s a great spread at the complimentary afternoon tea too, served on the rooftop. The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping area, with plenty of restaurants around. They also include a free minibar with 4 drinks and a welcome drink. I’d recommend The Odys Boutique Hotel.

The rooms are small, but cozy, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of fresh, delicious choices and was a great start to the day. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, arranging our Saigon hop on hop off, Cu Chi tunnels, Mekong delta, and Saigon dinner cruise tours. Everything was smooth, well organized, and suited what we wanted, which made exploring Ho Chi Minh City and beyond stress-free and really enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1, close to major attractions and restaurants. I’d love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

My travel agent booked this hotel for us, and it turned out terrific. It’s centrally located, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The shower was the best we had in any of the hotels we stayed in Vietnam. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and there was a complimentary afternoon tea with a big spread as well.
