The location was good, and the rooms were small but nice. Still, the guy and the manager were arrogant and showed no customer service or politeness. When I asked if they could accommodate my requests, they just laughed and said no. I had a five-day booking and went to speak with the manager about getting a quiet room. I was also considering booking a top-floor room over Tet holiday for 16 days, and a friend might have booked for that period too. First, the English-speaking guy said only the ground-floor room I’d booked was available, and the top floor wasn’t. He showed me that the top-floor room was only available to book on Airbnb, not online, and I was ready to book it right then. I canceled my five-day stay and lost interest in coming for Tet. They ended up losing three bookings across different periods. I don’t know how they run the business. The guy and the manager girl need training in customer service. Just sharing what happened with this hotel and apartment.

The room was good and it was quiet, but the location wasn’t the best and there weren’t really good breakfast or lunch options. I booked because it was listed as having a gym. There isn’t one, just an old broken bike, a weight set, and an old multipurpose machine on the rooftop.

I’m already thinking about coming back for a third stay. This is my second time here, and I liked it from the first visit for the comfort, cleanliness, and great location. There’s a supermarket nearby, a working washing machine, and an incredible city view. It feels local and authentic, and it’s a nice place to relax. It has everything I need for a pleasant stay.

The rooftop was a highlight, with a stunning view across the whole city, and it was a great place to unwind after a long day. I stayed three nights and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Restaurants, cafes, street food, and nightlife were all close by.
