Pham Ngu Lao is a handy base, with plenty of food places, cafes, travel agents, and a Family Mart right beside the hotel. Central Market is across the road for bargain shopping, and Bui Vien Walking Street is next door if you’re after some excitement. The hotel is no-frills, but the room was spacious, much nicer than I expected, and really clean. It had a mini-fridge, clean bed, TV, and excellent air conditioning. Staff were very helpful, too. The shower was spacious, though the only thing I missed was a bidet. Good value, and I’d stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially compared with the previous hotel we’d been at. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, a good size, and in an excellent location near bui Vien Walking Street and ben thanh market. There were two issues: sound carries freely between rooms, so you can hear everyone nearby, and the basin hot water wasn’t working. The latter wasn’t a big deal.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, and their service made the stay especially comfortable. My room was tidy and spacious with a great view. The hotel felt safe and suited to families, friends, or solo travelers. I stayed for 2 days. The location made getting around easy: the hotel is on a main road, so cars and taxis can reach it, and most famous attractions are within 1 km. Bui Vien Walking Street and cafes, bars, restaurants, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and GS25 are all nearby. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The rooms were extremely clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, a lifesaver in HCMC, the keycard doors were practical, and the bathroom felt luxurious. We could also store our luggage safely before check-in and after check-out, which let us explore with peace of mind. The staff at Park View Luxury Hotel were exceptionally friendly. We had lovely conversations, learned a lot about the city, and always felt welcome. One receptionist even helped treat my wounds, which we really appreciated. It was an outstanding stay for a very reasonable price, even during the Tet Holidays (Vietnamese New Year). If we return to Ho Chi Minh City, we’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

Hi, The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the wonderful features of Saigon. Check-in was lovely, the room delightful, and the staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. When we came back down in the elevator, manager Le(Jessica) checked that our room was great. As a world traveller, I keep coming back to Le(Jessica) as my host in Vietnam. First-time visitors and returning guests should stay here. Ask about the turtle! Cheers!
