I booked for my friend through booking.com, but reception couldn't find the reservation. They still couldn't locate it at checkout and asked my friend to pay again. Completely unprofessional.

The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. Ms. Hien was especially supportive and always kind. Highly recommend!

The staff were cooperative, and I felt they had good presence of mind.

Okay.

I left and gave up my deposit. The lobby was filthy and smelled like a shared housing area by a vegetable market, and the air freshener in the room was so overpowering it made me nauseous. I should've checked the room myself instead of relying on reviews 🤣 At least it was quiet overnight.
