The location is great, with restaurants out front and a little karaoke bar next door, but cleanliness and professionalism were serious problems. There was mold on the roof and food underneath the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned after the previous customer. The bathroom pipes leaked, so water landed on my feet when I brushed my teeth and flushed. The workers weren't very friendly. I wanted to sit downstairs in front of the desk, but I guess one worker had friends over, and one of the guys kept staring at my daughter. It was pretty freaky. If he wasn't the front guy's friend, he was definitely a worker. They need to act more professional. If you don't care much about cleanliness, I guess the place is okay.

The room was covered in mold and dust and was extremely dirty. I checked out after an hour, unable to stay even a minute, but was charged in full. I'll never return or recommend it.

The airport is about five minutes away, and there are plenty of food spots and convenience stores on the busy street nearby. The room works fine for a short stay, and the staff are friendly.

I tried to book a room, but the receptionist didn't speak any English. Agoda listed it at 177vnd per night, while she was asking me for 400000.

Water ended up all over the floor and toilet seat because of the bad bathroom layout. The room smelled too. I wouldn't recommend it.
